Educational Health Material & Presentation Information

At the University Health Center, we have many educational health pamphlets, videos, and hand-outs available for you. You may also request an educational presentation by one of our licensed RNs.

 

For presentations, please print the following form ( Presentation Request Form) and turn in to the University Health Center for approval. Please allow two weeks for approval and preparation.
