Southeastern LSBDC, SCORE offer free session on government contracting strategies

HAMMOND – The Louisiana Small Business Development Center (LSBDC) at Southeastern Louisiana University and SCORE will host a free seminar on "Selling Successfully to the Government."

Scheduled on Feb. 27 from 9 to 11 a.m., the seminar will be held in Mandeville at the St. Tammany Center, located at 21454 Koop Drive. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m.

"Billions of dollars per year are being spent by the state and federal government for products and services," said Sandy Summers, assistant director of the Southeastern SBDC. "This seminar can help vendors learn how to tap into this market."

There is no cost to attend the event; however, pre-registration is preferred.
