Study Carrels

Sims Library houses study carrels on the third and fourth floors that are available by
request to support study and research by currently enrolled graduate students and
full-time faculty.

Each carrel is equipped with a desk, chair and electrical outlet. Applications for
study carrels are available online.

Policies for Graduate Study Carrels

• Graduate study carrel keys are distributed at the beginning of each semester.
• Selections for the distribution of the graduate carrels are based on the student’s
  academic status.
• Graduate carrels are issued for one semester only. Returning students must re-apply
  each semester.
• A waiting list for graduate carrels is held for each semester.

Group Study Rooms  

Study rooms that will accommodate 4-6 persons are available on the 4th floor of the
