Ms. Tymrak is a professional engineer and project manager with 15 years of experience in the engineering industry. She holds a PE license in Environmental Engineering and a Masters in Water Resources Planning/Management. In her current role as Director of Program Management and Business Services at the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, she focuses on putting the right people into the right places to implement transformational projects that will move the utility forward to exceed our customer’s expectations.

Ms. Tymrak started her career in consulting at CH2M HILL and subsequently Jacobs Engineering, before transferring to public service.

Matt Holston

Matthew Holston is a 2011 graduate from Southeastern Louisiana University holding a Bachelor’sDegree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Mr. Holston worked as a mechanical designer forThompson Luke & Associates as well as Quebedeaux Engineering Services; both local engineeringconsulting firms specializing in commercial HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection system design. For thelast 9 years Mr. Holston has been employed by Insulation Sales & Services LLC; a commercial HVAC &Plumbing insulation company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of insulationsystems for both the commercial and industrial sectors. Matthew Holston currently serves as theExecutive Vice President.

Chuck Hebert
Director of Estimating, Bernhard

Mr. Charles Hebert is the Director of Estimating for the Mechanical Division at Bernhard, accountable for managing the corporate shared service division which supports mechanical construction operations in project cost estimation and project procurement. In his role, he has responsibility for Bernhard’s corporate mechanical estimating, which exceeded 500 projects valued at over $6 billion in 2022. Charles began his career at Bernhard in 2012 in the corporate office in Metairie, LA, as amechanical takeoff estimator. Over the course of his career, Charles has experienced significant growth with Bernhard. He now has responsibility of the company’s corporate mechanical estimating team of over 20 members throughout the southeast region of the United States.During his 11 years with Bernhard, Charles has gained preconstruction experience withhealthcare, education, commercial, government, and industrial clients throughout the United States. Project approach types include design-build and design-assist with one of the largest privately-owned engineering and contracting firms in the nation.Charles graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in May 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a minor in Mathematics.
