About our 2021-2022 Virtual and Interactive ACT Prep Workshops
During the 2021-2022 School Year, Southeastern Louisiana University’s GEAR UP hosted
Virtual ACT Prep Interactive Workshops for Louisiana GEAR UP high school students. The goal
of these workshops aimed to teach students standardized test taking strategies, time
management techniques, and test day expectations for the following ACT Test Subjects:

of these workshops aimed to teach students standardized test taking strategies, time
management techniques, and test day expectations for the following ACT Test Subjects:
- ACT Math
- ACT Science
- ACT English
- ACT Reading
Workshops were held on select Fridays for up to 120 students per workshop from the
same high school or different high schools in any Louisiana GEAR UP High School throughout
the state.
