Sport Management

Students in Southeastern's Sport Management program are prepared for careers in management, marketing and administration in sport, fitness and recreation settings. The program combines foundational business courses with those that apply business principles to the sport/fitness/recreation industry, as well as an extended senior internship experience.

Program Highlights

  • Southeastern's location just 45 minutes from Baton Rouge and New Orleans is ideal for practical experiences and internships in sport management. In close proximity are the New Orleans Saints, Voodoo and Pelicans, the New Orleans Sports Foundation, Baton Rouge Recreation Department, Youth and Adult Soccer Leagues and the Baton Rouge Sports Foundation.
