Agreements of Cooperation

In furthering of our mission and desire to serve Latin American community, Southeastern
College of Business has entered into cooperative agreements with several organizations,
agencies, universities, and institutions in the United States and abroad that have
similar interests.

  • The Government of Costa Rica through the First Vice-Presidency, come into an agreement
    of cooperation with Southeastern Louisiana University to develop projects in the field
    of education, science, technology, and social and economic development for both parties.

Agreements of Cooperation

  • The Union of Latin American Universities (UDUAL) and the Hispano-American Association
    of Research Centers and Telecommunication Companies (AHCIET), come into an agreement
    of cooperation with Southeastern Louisiana University College of Business to promote
    and expand international activities in the field of education, culture, business,
    and telecommunications of the parties.

  • Agreement of Cooperation with the Universidad de Costa Rica to advance educational
    pursuits between the two institutions as well as facilitate the exchange of students
    and visiting scholars

  • Cooperative agreement with The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), entered that
    serves as a framework for cooperative efforts to advance the economic, social, educational,
    and technological development and in general, the development of the public and private
    sectors in Latin American and the Caribbean.

  • Agreement of Cooperation with the Organization of American States (OAS) to establish
    mechanisms of general and special cooperation for coordinating the activities of the
    parties in contributing to their mutual objectives with regard of areas of cultural
    development.

  • Agreements of Cooperation with Panama’s Authority for the Micro, Small and Medium
    Enterprises of Panama (AMPYME) and the Panamanian Ministry of Commerce and Industry
    (MICI) to advance the economic and social development of micro-enterprises and entrepreneurs
    of the country of Panama, as well educational and research programs between the parties.

  • Agreement of Cooperation with the Ciudad Del Saber (City of Knowledge) in Panama City,
    Panama to advance business education efforts and services in Panama

  • Agreements of Cooperation with the Universidad of Cundinamarca, for the purpose of
    implementation of studies and research programs, technological and cultural development
    and business programs

  • Agreement of Cooperation with the Panamanian Ministry of Labor and Work Force (MITRADEL)
    and with the Chamber of Commerce of Panama to provide workforce training and business
    development

  • Agreement of Cooperation with the University of Distance Education Costa Rica to establish
    a permanent dialogue to promote activities of mutual interest in areas of education,
    business and social development.

  • Agreement with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana, the Catholic Charities
    Archdiocese New Orleans- Hispanic Apostolate, and the Jefferson Parish Public Schools
    System to support the Hispanic Business Resources and Technology Center in response
    to the need of the Hispanic community after the Katrina hurricane.

Agreements of Cooperation

  • Agreement of Cooperation with The Chamber of Industry of Costa Rica to promote the
    development and implementation of activities leading to the enrichment of human resources
    in areas such business, commerce and technology; as well as to establish two internships
    for Southeastern business students

  • Agreement with the University of El Salvador to promote and expand cooperative activities
    between the parties, to foster the social, cultural, and business development of Louisiana
    and El Salvador.

  • Agreement with the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of El Salvador to promote and
    expand cooperative activities and programs between the university and El Salvador;
    programs pursue the implementation of training activities for the Tourism sector of
    El Salvador.

  • Agreement with the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation to promote
    business development within the Latino workforce sector and strengthening professional
    capabilities, international relations and socio-cultural development of the Latino
    community in the United States.

  • Agreement of Cooperation with Asesorias Empresariales of Panama to promote activities
    leading to the social and economic development of the parties, as well as to implement
    business programs to the Panamanian workforce.

  • Agreement of Cooperation with Melanie Klein School of Colombia to promote activities
    leading to the education development of the Colombian youth, as well as to implement
    distance education programs.

  • Agreement of Cooperation with Universidad Latina of Panama to promote activities leading
    to the educational, cultural, social and technological development of the parties,
    as well as to implement business programs to the Panamanian workforce.

  • Agreement of Cooperation with Universidad Libre de Colombia, for the purpose of implementation
    of studies and research programs in the areas of Business, Education, Technology,
    and Health.
