NEW NASA Challenge !
Try your hand with NASA Mars Mission Objectives in your own home and earn a trip to
NASA Michoud Rocket Assembly Facility in fall 2020. Guided by Southeastern Physicist,
Dr. Troy Williams, use materials and objects around your house to simulate NASA’s
imminent missions to Mars, while competing with peers from across the state. We’ll
mail you a limited edition NASA Bandana to use in our Mission Objectives.
Eligible Students: 9th & 10th grade Louisiana GEAR UP students (Click here for the list of eligible schools).

Required Introductory Zoom Webinar
After you sign up, we will send you the zoom link to the webinar where Southeastern
Physicist, Dr. Troy Williams, will give you instructions and tips on how to successfully
achieve your Mars Mission Objective simulations using materials you can find in your
own home. Date to be determined.
