SE 1030 (1 credit hour, graded): Meets in person 2 days a week for 1 hr & 15 mins each day. Departmental permission and a pre-meeting with an ACE Coach are required prior to enrollment
SE 1030 classes, taught by ACE Coaches, are for students who are on (or nearing) academic probation and in need of academic support. The focus is on the development of active learning strategies, improved time management, increasing self-awareness, growth mindset, problem-solving, and accountability, with peer/instructor encouragement.
Undergraduate students who are interested and ready to make changes toward their academic progress should contact the Instructor of the section in which they’d like to enroll to schedule a pre-meeting.
