To reserve space for an event on campus, you will need to:
1. Complete the facility reservation form below that best fits your needs. Download and edit the reservation form below with the details of your event, save the file, then email to email@example.com.
2. Provide a certificate of special event insurance no later than 2 weeks prior to your event. Please review our Special Event Insurance Policy for more information on the level of insurance required.
- To reserve the Student Union Ballroom or Meeting Rooms, complete this form:
- To reserve the Pennington Student Activity Center, complete this form:
- To reserve the Livingston Literacy and Technology Center, complete this form:
- To reserve classroom space or to plan a run/walk event on campus, complete this form:
NOTE: For events with estimated total costs of $1,000 or more, a contract will be issued 60 days in advance and a down payment of 50% of your estimated total will be required 30 days prior to your event.
