Southeastern's campus is the perfect place to say "I Do!" The Student Union Grand Ballroom is the ideal place for wedding receptions on campus and includes on-site catering, customized set-up and a host of other benefits to the bride and groom. Talk to us about your vision, and we'll show you how we can bring your "big day" to life!

Complimentary Services Include:

  • Uplighting
  • Custom backdrop and digital display design
  • Room set-up design assistance via Social Tables™ software
  • Portable and customized staging
  • Linens for all tables (with minimum catering purchase)
  • A food tasting for up to 6 people prior to your reception
  • Custodial services throughout your event
  • Decorating the day before your event (if space is available at time of booking)


Available for an additional fee:

  • Catering services (based on your menu selection)
  • On-site security ($40 per officer/hour)
  • Plant rental, delivery and pickup ($10 per plant)
