Student Refunds

Our school delivers your refund with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. Visit this link for more information: https://disbursements.bmtx.com/refundchoices/.

The first refund payments for Fall 2024 will be sent electronically to BMTX, Inc. on August 28, 2024. Students whose lenders send only paper checks must come to the cashier’s section to endorse those checks beginning August 29, 2024. All subsequent refunds will be sent electronically to BMTX, Inc. weekly beginning on September 3, 2024.

** Please note: If you have previously made a preference selection, then you will need to use the login link to make any changes to your BankMobile Disbursements profile. If you previously attended another school that uses BankMobile Disbursements, you will still need to create a new profile for your Southeastern refunds.
