How to Submit Requested Documents

Requested documents can be submitted online via your Workday account, in person, or by mail to the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships. Please note: Students should put their name and W numbers on all submitted documents.  

Upload in Workday:

The document being requested can be found in your Workday inbox. Click on the specific action item and you can upload the document onto the action item and press submit.

Mail requested documents to:
