Scholarship Retention Requirements

Priority/Honors Scholarship Retention Requirements:

• Must earn a minimum 3.0 CUMULATIVE GPA
• Must be enrolled full-time each semester (minimum 12 hours).
• Must pass no less than 30 hours per academic year.  The academic year is defined as Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.
   

This award is for one year only; however, students receiving this award must meet SAP policy at the end of the fall semester.

The Senator Ben Nevers Transfer Scholarship Retention Requirements:

• You must earn a MINIMUM 3.0 SEMESTER & CUMULATIVE GPA
• You must be continuously enrolled full-time each semester (minimum 12 hours).
• You must attempt and pass no less than 24 hours per academic year. The academic year
  is defined as the combination of the Fall, Spring , and Summer semesters.
   

The Senator Ben Nevers Transfer Scholarship Retention Requirements:

• You must earn a MINIMUM 3.0 SEMESTER & CUMULATIVE GPA
• You must be continuously enrolled full-time each semester (minimum 12 hours).
• You must attempt and pass no less than 24 hours per academic year. The academic year
  is defined as the combination of the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.

PTK Retention Requirements:

• earn a total of 30 credits or more at the end of each academic year; and
• maintain a 3.0 semester GPA to retain the award.

Students must meet the following requirements each semester to receive payment for TOPS:

• Be enrolled full-time on the 15 the day of class each semester.
• Earn 24 credit hours each year: Fall, Spring, Summer, amd Intersession terms.
• Maintain continuous enrollment through consecutive fall and spring semesters.
• Maintain the required GPA for specific TOPS award.
• Maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA at the end of each Fall semester, to receive the Spring award amount.
