START Saving Program
The Human Resources Office can setup payroll deductions for the Louisiana Tuition
Trust Authority's START Saving Program. The program is a college savings plan for children and qualifies as a Qualified
Tuition Program under Section 529 of the Federal Internal Revenue Code.
