Okta is a modern identity management system that provides an additional layer of security and
serves as your centralized portal for accessing all university-related programs. It ensures that
only you can access your accounts with a secure and seamless authentication process using
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), reducing the risk of phishing and unauthorized access.

Okta Phase I implementation is currently in progress. It replaces the previous Password Reset system.

Okta Phase II will enable you to use a single login to access:

• Workday
• Canvas
• Gmail
• Google Drive
• Calendar
