Required Admissions Materials for Graduate Applicants

Official Transcripts

All applicants must hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution. Official
transcripts are required from all previously attended institutions for college-level,
military, or dual enrollment work.

Southeastern Alumni

If you attended Southeastern only, no additional transcripts are needed.

If you attended Southeastern AND other schools, official transcripts from other institutions
may be required if they are not on file with Southeastern Admissions. The Admissions
Office will contact you if other transcripts are needed. 

Where to Send Transcripts

Request for all official transcripts to be sent directly to the Office of Admissions
via one of the following:

  • Through email to [email protected]
  • Mail an official transcript in a sealed envelope to the address below:

Official Test Scores (If required by the graduate program – GRE/GMAT/PRAXIS)

Standardized test scores may be required for admissions into some of our graduate programs. Please refer to the
program’s website or contact the graduate program’s coordinator for more information.

Proof of Immunization

Each student must present proof of immunization for measles, mumps, and rubella (both
initial booster and shot), meningococcal meningitis, and tetanus-diptheria (within
the last 10 years) or file the request for exemption (waiver) before registration
is allowed.

Please log in to your Admissions Portal and upload one of the following items:

(a) Updated immunization records from your health care provider. For a list of all
required immunizations, please visit the Immunization Requirements page.

(b) Proof of Immunization Compliance Form to be completed by your health care provider.

(c) Request for exemption/waiver – If you are missing any of the required vaccinations
due to personal, religious, or medical reasons, you can submit the waiver on the Immunization Compliance Form by completing the student information at the top on the first page and the bottom
portion on the second page. You must include a written statement for why you are waiving
the immunizations.

criteria that may be required.
