Julia Lane

Master of Business Administration

Hi, I’m Julia Lane, an international student from Canada completing my master’s degree in Business Administration. After graduation, I plan to return home and obtain a job in management.

One of my most significant hobbies is fitness and exercise. I believe it is a crucial component of staying healthy throughout the semester.

I love that the Tinsley allows everyone to build upon their strengths, because we are all different. I am more proficient in heavier lecture based classes rather than problem-based, such as math or chemistry.

One of my favorite study tips is using “active recall”. I find saying terms out loud helps me better retain them.

Brooke Saunier

Masters of Strategic Communication

Hi, I’m Brooke Saunier, a graduate student studying strategic communications! I am a Grad Assistant for the Tinsley Learning Center, you can find me at the front desk (don’t be afraid to come say hi)! After graduation, I plan to work in personal relations and begin working on building my own marketing firm. In my spare time I enjoy reading and being outside. I am so excited to be able to work at Tinsley Learning Center, and cannot wait to see you there!

Sydney Salassi

Masters of Communication Sciences and Disorders

Sydney will be joining our team Spring 2025.

Hi! I am Sydney Salassi, a first-semester graduate student majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders. After Graduating, I plan on working with pediatrics in a school or hospital setting. I love to read in my free time. My top genres are fantasy and romance, of course! One of my favorite study methods is to record myself reading the notes aloud and listen to them as I drive to school. It is an effortless way to get extra study time in while doing something you have to do, like driving.
