Focus Area

Specialize in applying psychological principles to enhance workplace effectiveness and employee well-being with our concentration in industrial/organizational psychology. Through coursework in organizational behavior, personnel psychology, and human resource management, you’ll learn to address organizational challenges, improve team dynamics, and optimize employee performance in various work settings. Graduate well prepared for a rewarding career in human resources; organizational development; consulting; or a leadership role in business, government, non-profit organizations, or academia.
