The Office of University Marketing and Communications is responsible for the design and production of University publications. This office is available to assist individual departments with other publications, such as recruiting pieces, posters, brochures, and other materials.

Make sure to include your name, email, department, your audience (prospective students, donors, etc.), project goals (reach more students, launch a new service, etc.) and request type (graphic design, photography, videography, news or social media).

Public Records Request

The Office of University Marketing and Communications will coordinate any public records requests that come to the university. As an agency of the State of Louisiana, Southeastern is subject to specific laws governing the duplication and distribution of records and documents. Request must be submitted in writing to the University Marketing and Communications coordinator.
