Help

Each feature in your Google account has its own set of Help files that include written instructions, screen shots, and video tutorials to cover all types of learning styles.  Google provides these help files to make using and personalizing your account easy.

 Just log into your Gmail account and once inside click on the Google "gear icon" located in the upper right hand corner of most pages right under your email address.  A drop down menu will appear.  Click on "Help" to find all sorts of easy to understand information about optimizing your Gmail experience.
